Nutrition can be an overwhelming and daunting word at times. There is no “one way” to eat and just like life, it cycles with the seasons. However, I want to help you simplify nutrition. A simple way to think about food is to understand that what you put into your mouth you will become. Eliminate processed food and sugars. Cut the conventional chemical fruits and veggies and switch to organic. If you can’t read an ingredient in your food or drink, do not eat it. Remember, you are what you eat.
So what do you want to be? I want for you to be healthy, vital, and full of life force energy! By eating whole, plant-based foods, organic and local, you will propel yourself to be the best! Give yourself the absolute best and that is how you will feel. Let’s get back to our thriving reality.
The unknown of living a holistic life can be scary at first. We’ve been taught since we were little that we need a million products, laden with chemicals, to be “clean.” But I want you to understand that living a natural life is exactly where you are intended to be. It’s about taking one step – one step toward exercise, one step toward organic, real food, one initiative to get more sleep at night. It doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t have to be all or nothing, but it’s an active choice. I want to help you get to a place where a workout becomes second nature, the taste of healthy food becomes bliss, and the smell of toxic synthetics becomes strong and repulsive. It happens.
